2016 PRI Workshops

Speaker at the 2016 PRI Workshops

*** The 2016 series of PRI workshops are now complete. ***

The WV Community Development Hub, the WVU Land Use Clinic, and WVU BAD Buildings hosted 5 Property Rescue Initiative (PRI) workshops throughout the state to guide communities through the issue of abandoned/dilapidated buildings and to offer technical assistance to apply for the PRI loan. Subsequent workshops have been replaced with the BAD Buildings Summit.

Each full day workshop featured guest speakers, interactive sessions on stakeholder engagement and the BAD Buildings process, and a panel of experts who discussed creative ways to repay loans and reuse problem properties.
