BAD Buildings Success Stories

Success in the BAD Buildings Program comes in many forms and not every community has the same priorities or vision. Some communities may want to demolish all of the BAD Buildings in order to free up land to build new development, while others may want to preserve the historical character of the buildings. Nonetheless, successful participants have addressed their BAD Buildings through action, and some have even used the progress to react to the changing landscape of their community. That is the defining trait all of the participating communities share: The use of action and reaction to advance redevelopment in their community.
